Meet Tracy, our sales and marketing representative here at SERVPRO of Jackson and DeKalb Counties! Tracy has been with us since February of 2019 and focuses his work on building relationships with businesses and individuals in our community. In his position, Tracy is passionate about promoting SERVPRO throughout Jackson and DeKalb Counties, but why?

“SERVPRO is a name you can trust,” Tracy explained. “Not only do you have a local representation, but your home or business is ultimately served and protected by a national company that holds itself to strict, high standards.”

With a background of customer service, Tracy truly enjoys meeting so many individuals throughout the community each day. “I believe I have a servant's heart. I build relationships that allow me to serve my clients, not just as a one-time stop to sell a product and move on to the next potential customer,” he said. “Many of the people I encounter in my position have moved from just customers to friends. SERVPRO gives me a chance to serve my community, family, friends and neighbors.”
